Refund Policy

Canceling
You can cancel anytime. Individuals cancel in Settings, and team managers cancel from their team page. Your plan stays active through the time you've already paid for, then it ends and you won't be charged again.
Individual plans
Your first call is free, so you can try Dial Sal before you pay. After that, the $9 first week and each $99 renewal every 30 days are not refundable, and we don't refund partial periods. To avoid a renewal, cancel before your next billing date.
Team plans
Team seats are not refundable once a billing period has started, on monthly or yearly billing, and we don't refund partial periods. Removing seats takes effect at your next renewal. The $1,000 onboarding fee covers setup work and is not refundable once that work has started.
When we will refund you
If we charged you twice, charged you after you canceled, or charged the wrong amount, we'll fix it and refund the mistake. We'll also give refunds where the law requires them.
Asking for help
Email support@dialsal.com with your account email and the charge in question. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take several business days to post them.
